Maria Moritcia Layasna Ginting, BSc
An accomplished executive and respected community leader with extensive experience in international engagement, government relations, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has actively fostered strategic partnerships, promoted cross-cultural cooperation, and contributed to social and economic development initiatives at both national and international levels. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she holds leadership roles in various prominent organizations, including the Women's International Club (WIC), APJATI (Indonesian Employment Agency Association), Lions Club International Indonesia, HISWANA MIGAS, and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Her commitment to public service and community empowerment reflects a strong dedication to creating positive and sustainable impact for society.

Ir. Edy Simson Pardamean Sinurat
As Director, he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of PT Wira Karitas, ensuring that all overseas workforce deployment processes are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with applicable regulations. He provides strategic leadership across all operational functions, from recruitment and training to documentation, placement, and post-deployment support. He works closely with internal teams, international partners, and relevant authorities to ensure that every worker is well-prepared and that each deployment is executed smoothly and successfully. Through his commitment to operational excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, he plays a key role in maintaining PT Wira Karitas’ reputation as a trusted provider of international manpower services.

Reny Aritonang is the founder of PT Wira Karitas. The organization was initially established as a foundation with a mission to empower Indonesian youth, helping them develop the skills, independence, and professionalism needed to succeed in the future. Recognizing the growing demand for employment opportunities and guided by the needs of the community, she transformed the foundation into PT Wira Karitas, a trusted manpower services company. Under her leadership, PT Wira Karitas has successfully deployed thousands of Indonesian migrant workers, creating opportunities for individuals to improve their livelihoods and build better futures. Today, her vision and legacy are continued by her daughter, Maria Ginting, who leads the company in its ongoing growth and development.
